Lead workplace technology support including design, configuration, and maintenance of collaboration and cloud systems (VOIP, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint). Oversee service desk, incident/problem management, vendor relationships, documentation, security compliance, user training, and CAB processes. Manage and mentor a cross-functional technical team.

Lead delivery of complex technology and digital transformation projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance. Coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors, maintain project artifacts and metrics, use PM tools (JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Microsoft Planner), support discovery and requirements, and continuously improve the project management framework.
