Coordinates network infrastructure deployment for new data center builds from cable start through Production Ready. Tracks milestones, dependencies, schedules, hardware logistics, risks, and blockers across multiple concurrent sites. Leads cross-functional coordination among construction, engineering, deployment, and connectivity teams; drives accountability, escalates schedule risks, manages SEVs, communicates leadership updates, and improves deployment processes. The role requires data center network expertise, project management experience, stakeholder influence, and travel to data center campuses.

Lead end-to-end utility-scale OSP/ISP fiber infrastructure projects, manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams, review engineering drawings, perform site visits, mitigate risks, drive waterfall and agile project practices, mentor junior PMs, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.

Lead large-scale AI infrastructure deployment programs, manage project execution for GPU clusters and data center infrastructure, and mentor junior project managers.

The engineer supports simple data hall designs, drafts AutoCAD drawings, assists with capacity planning, and learns data center principles under supervision.

Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. Manage assets/materials, maintain schedules, budgets, and tickets; communicate status; run stakeholder meetings; produce reports; identify issues and process improvements; support SDMs with metrics and KPIs; ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Perform contract processing and quality reviews to ensure timely, accurate execution. Maintain contract and audit files, prepare amendments and change notices, track payments/deadlines, monitor contractor performance, assist with proposals, analyze and mitigate risk, and manage related administrative tasks and data entry.
