Lead the switchgear product portfolio, including product strategy, pricing, margin expansion, lifecycle management, roadmap development, go-to-market planning, and NPD/NPI execution. Mentor junior engineers and drive standardization, cost reduction, and engineering process improvements.

Lead finance for the TPS business as the senior finance partner, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, working capital, project and revenue management, SOX compliance, and multi-site finance teams. Provide strategic financial insights, partner with operations and commercial leaders, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and develop finance talent across multiple locations.

Lead pricing and quotation strategy for switchgear products to improve margins, reduce quote lead times, and support complex bids. Develop pricing frameworks, conduct market and pricing analytics, coach quoting teams, and drive cross-functional growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
