Responsibilities include analyzing plan impacts, improving processes and automation, building reporting, forecasting monthly accruals, maintaining rosters and payroll files, generating purchase orders, communicating plan details, and ensuring quarterly deliverables meet compliance and timing requirements. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal while supporting scalable, motivating, and financially responsible compensation strategies.

Lead owned social, website content, and creator/influencer strategy and execution for aesthetic brands. Manage editorial calendar, community management (including adverse event recognition), PRC/Veeva claim review, influencer compliance, publishing, performance analysis, and optimization while partnering with Brand, paid, PR, and agency teams.

Serve as strategic and operational partner to Aesthetics leadership, translating priorities into actionable plans. Drive cross-functional project management, executive communications, portfolio planning, go-to-market readiness, and process improvements to ensure initiatives meet timelines, scope, and business objectives.
