Lead enterprise-scale IBM Maximo data migration and asset data transformation programs for transportation clients. Define migration strategy, data models, asset hierarchies, governance, and ETL/ELT architectures; run discovery, profiling, cleansing, validation, cutover planning, stakeholder workshops, and reporting to harmonize data across ERP, GIS, and operational systems.

Lead Arcadis Canada climate adaptation strategy and deliver complex climate risk and resilience projects.
