Evaluates M&A targets, joint ventures, partnerships, and commercial relationships; builds financial valuation and market-sizing models; coordinates due diligence and integration planning; and translates agricultural, competitive, regulatory, and customer insights into growth, product, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations.

Supports corporate development, capital markets, and FP&A through financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, due diligence, strategic assessments, and capital structure planning. Lead strategy and execution for an AgTech SaaS platform, owning roadmap, grower workflows, data integration, IoT in-field solutions, and partner hardware/commercialization. Drive analytics, APIs, and platform capabilities with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to deliver actionable agronomic decision tools and revenue growth.
