Lead product vision and strategy for Wealthsimple's Financial Risk platform, focusing on fraud prevention and investigation tooling, while collaborating with product, fraud, and data science teams to enhance system performance and client experience.

Provide high-level operational and strategic support to the Chief Content Officer: manage calendar and priorities, run meeting operations, track commitments, draft communications and briefs, handle expenses/invoices/travel/documents, build cross-organizational relationships, and be available during key weekends. Use Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools to increase efficiency; Figma familiarity is a bonus.

Lead marketing and creative operations: prioritize intake, design workflows and tooling, run campaign operations, forecast budgets and resourcing, integrate AI responsibly, generate operational insights, and mentor producers/project managers to improve throughput and delivery.
