Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Lead AI transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Identify high-value opportunities, design and deploy production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, integrations, and enterprise solutions, then drive adoption and measure business impact. Partner with functional leaders, make sound decisions about AI suitability, redesign operating models, improve reliability and governance, and mentor colleagues while establishing reusable standards across the organization.

Lead Oyster’s company-wide editorial and category narrative across marketing, executives, product, people, legal, and customer-facing teams. Build AI-first systems for research, brand voice, fact-checking, source verification, repurposing, evaluation, and governance. Direct thought leadership, executive publishing, original employment research, and multimedia activation. Connect content decisions to growth, trust, influence, and pipeline while mobilizing stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and experts without formal authority.

Manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, conduct product demos, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer success.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for Hire & Onboard or Benefits. Lead discovery, prioritisation, and roadmaps; partner with Engineering and Design; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Ops, GTM). Drive AI and automation use cases, embed regulatory/compliance requirements, use quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, and improve product processes and outcomes.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain. Lead discovery, roadmap, and delivery with Engineering and Design; embed regulatory and compliance requirements; leverage AI/automation and data to improve outcomes; align cross-functional stakeholders and measure impact.

Lead Oyster's data platform and AI strategy, centralize AI initiatives into production systems, build scalable data and MLOps infrastructure, modernize knowledge architecture and semantic search, partner cross-functionally to embed AI into products and workflows, enforce tooling standards and governance, and drive organizational adoption and change management for AI-assisted operations.
