As an Insurance Advisor, you will guide clients on personal insurance solutions, build relationships, and achieve performance targets while maintaining licensing requirements.

The Insurance Advisor will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide insurance coverage recommendations, assist with new business and renewals, and work in a fast-paced client service environment.

Service and grow a personal insurance book including ICBC and private auto, home, travel and umbrella policies. Handle front-line underwriting, renewals, cross-selling, client inquiries, documentation, ICBC inventory control, and customer complaints while meeting production targets and regulatory requirements.

Manage and service a portfolio of large commercial insurance accounts, build market and client relationships, prepare submissions/proposals, bind coverage, process documentation in EPIC and related systems, support Account Executives, mentor teammates, and ensure accurate account reconciliation and compliance with agency standards.
