Manage customer relationships for Quadient Accounts Payable by Beanworks to drive product adoption, retention, renewals and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor, monitor customer health, lead renewal discussions, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with support/engineering, and drive internal continuous improvement.

The Senior Accountant will manage month-end closes, financial reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with audits while supporting team development and process improvements.

Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value parcel locker sites by building relationships with property owners and stakeholders, negotiating agreements, coordinating installations, and monitoring performance. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and installation teams, maintain records in Salesforce, prepare reports, and drive network expansion while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
