The Cloud Support Analyst III provides strategic guidance and advanced support for Zafin's SaaS platform, resolving complex technical issues, leading investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff. This role encompasses cloud system management, automation solutions, and communication with customers and stakeholders.

The Junior Accountant will prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable and payable, manage collection and payment processes, and support financial planning. Attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential, as well as understanding billing and collection practices.
