Lead frontend architecture and implementation for Growth surfaces, guiding 3-6 engineers. Own component-driven design systems, experimentation pipeline (A/B tests, feature flags), frontend performance and accessibility, and translate designs into production-quality TypeScript/React code while coordinating with Product, Design, and Marketing and mentoring engineers.
