Lead full-lifecycle business analysis for strategic, enterprise-level public sector projects: develop business cases, gather and translate requirements, design solutions, evaluate technology, build BA practice, mentor junior PMO staff, and support implementation and change management.

Provide labour relations advisory and consulting services on labour, employment, privacy, workplace health and safety, and human rights law; interpret collective agreements and legislation; represent HEABC in dispute resolution and hearings; support bargaining and the Lead Negotiator with research and drafting; build and maintain relationships with member organizations and unions.

Lead development and delivery of provincial compensation and classification strategies for BC health employers. Oversee governance of compensation/reference plans, provide strategic classification expertise, manage stakeholder and union engagement, chair advisory committee, lead continuous improvement initiatives, prepare business cases and briefs, and supervise the Compensation and Classification Services team.
