The Health Employers Association of BC
The Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) represents more than 240 publicly funded health-care employers in British Columbia. As the accredited bargaining agent for most public health employers, it negotiates provincial collective agreements, coordinates physician contracts, and provides leadership and expertise in human resources, labour relations, compensation, recruitment, education, occupational health and safety, job classification, and executive compensation. HEABC also supports the province’s health human resources strategy.
