Design and interpret monitoring programs, integrate hydrogeology and water-balance modeling, manage projects, mentor junior staff, support permitting and assessments, perform third-party reviews, and contribute to business development across mining and linear infrastructure projects.

Lead and improve proposal systems, content, templates, and processes; coordinate cross-functional proposal teams; monitor procurement and competitor intelligence; develop standards, training, and reuseable resources to increase proposal quality and win rates.
