Drives growth through advisor and MGA prospecting, opportunity qualification, pipeline development, and sales conversion. Identifies Integrated Solutions opportunities within existing business, leads smaller sales opportunities, supports larger pursuits, and facilitates introductions among advisors, clients, and internal teams. Builds strategic relationships across the insurance and group benefits industry, maintains opportunity reporting and market intelligence, and collaborates to increase advisor acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Nationally leads Client Operations across regions, developing scalable operating models, governance, service standards, performance frameworks, retention strategies, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees client growth, risk management, operational efficiency, talent development, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve client experience, advisor productivity, profitability, and business performance.

Lead and manage the group benefits underwriting team to evaluate risk, set competitive premiums, ensure compliance, and improve processes. Collaborate with carriers, sales, brokers, and internal teams, use data analytics to monitor performance, train staff, and support client presentations while driving client relationships and business opportunities.

Advise clients and sell individual insurance and investment products (life, CI, disability, health/dental, segregated funds, annuities). Build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, meet sales targets, ensure licensing compliance, and travel regionally for in-person meetings.

Lead national growth for the National Indigenous Solutions Practice by originating pipelines, managing RFPs, developing sales strategy, and coaching a team of 4–6 Business Development Consultants. Build partnerships, oversee end-to-end sales for group insurance and retirement products, ensure CRM and reporting accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to meet annual business development goals.

Provide remote legal consultations across multiple practice areas, analyze client matters, prepare litigation files, draft procedures, develop representation strategies, and support court or administrative hearings. Advise clients on rights, obligations, risks, and options; track deadlines; negotiate settlements; collaborate with the legal team; and stay current on legislative and regulatory changes.
