Lead business systems, data, reporting, AI adoption, and process standardization across Hall Group. Manage system implementations, reporting and dashboard development, pilot AI/automation projects, coordinate vendors and IT, oversee project controls, and drive change management and user adoption to improve operational visibility and scalability.

Lead procurement across divisions: source, negotiate, contract, and issue POs; maintain preferred vendor lists; review subcontract agreements; manage vendor performance, cost-saving strategies, compliance, reporting, and mentor purchasing staff to support estimating and operations.

Manage construction projects end-to-end: lead project teams, control schedule/costs, handle procurement and change management, enforce quality and H&S, perform site visits, mentor staff, and deliver contract-compliant project closeout documentation.
