The role requires strong organization, multitasking, customer service, and communication skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency. Mandarin, real estate experience, and post-secondary education are assets. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Work across venture creation and company building: research markets, validate ideas, build financial models and prototypes, define product specs and roadmaps, run pilots, support launches, track metrics, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
