Own the full sales cycle for accounting and bookkeeping partnerships, from prospecting and consultative discovery through pilot agreements and partner activation. Build trusted relationships with firms, generate referrals, enable partner onboarding, and hand off activated accounts for expansion. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the channel sales playbook, leverage CRM and AI tools, and represent Relay at conferences and firm visits.

Own product-led growth and monetization marketing across paywalls, upgrade prompts, pricing, trials, and lifecycle experiences. Partner with Product, Design, Data, Brand, Demand Gen, Legal, and Compliance to shape product decisions, maintain consistent messaging, understand customers and competitors, and run experiments that improve revenue. The role requires strong writing, customer insight, experimentation, and familiarity with fintech, startups, SMBs, and usage-based pricing.

Own initial sales conversations with prospective small-business customers through inbound and outbound outreach. Conduct discovery, understand financial needs, explain Relay’s value, handle objections, qualify prospects, and provide strong handoffs to Account Executives. Meet activity and conversion targets, apply coaching, identify lead-quality and process issues, and help improve sales resources and workflows in an evolving environment.

Lead Relay's paid media strategy and team across paid search, social, affiliate, CTV/TV, and direct mail. Own channel strategy, budget allocation, attribution, measurement infrastructure, experimentation, affiliate recruitment, and forecasting while partnering with Data and Finance to prove ROI and scale acquisition.
