Design diverse 2D characters and props for an animated production, collaborate with the design team, take direction from leads, meet production deadlines, participate in meetings, and work within established workflows. Portfolio demonstrating strong art fundamentals and varied character design styles required. BC work eligibility required; Maya and Blender experience is an asset.

Create and support character and prop rigging systems and production tools in Autodesk Maya. Collaborate with animators and modelers to build cohesive rigs including facial systems, develop new rigging tools and techniques (Python), meet production deadlines, and adapt workflows for animated series or feature projects.
