Supervise and develop a remote team of outside sales and account executives to generate and retain profitable B2B revenue. Drive pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, sales tech adoption (Salesforce, Conquer, Ambition, Microsoft Copilot), data-driven coaching, cross-functional issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Provide onboarding, performance management, and input on compensation and promotions.
