Implement, deploy, and maintain CityView applications across customer environments (cloud and on‑premise). Perform installations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, database updates, and off‑hours support. Resolve customer tickets, escalate defects to Development, and contribute to automation, AI‑assisted knowledge management, and operational runbooks.

Lead marketing analytics: own reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality; monitor KPIs; run A/B tests and experiments; build attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget-allocation models; automate workflows and drive continuous measurement improvements.

Provide operational support for a client through data collection, cleansing, modeling, reporting and visualization. Build automated standardized reports and surveys, interpret results, and make data-driven recommendations to support sales and marketing objectives.

Research, evaluate, and manage partnerships with data providers. Assess datasets for coverage and interoperability, support deal structuring, maintain partnership pipeline, and collaborate with product, engineering, and legal to integrate data into the platform.

Drive go-to-market for automotive customers by researching strategic accounts, building ROI models and commercial proposals, tracking procurement and supplier ecosystems, analyzing competitors, creating executive materials, and supporting end-to-end business development efforts with AI-accelerated workflows.
