Provide escalation-level technical support for Fortinet Fortigate products: troubleshoot networking/security issues, collect and analyze system/configuration data, reproduce customer environments in lab, recommend corrective actions, manage escalations and customer communications, collaborate with QA/dev, and publish knowledge-base articles.

Perform pre- and post-layout signal integrity analysis and simulations for high-speed digital and RF circuits using Keysight ADS and Ansys HFSS. Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize PCB layouts, develop and execute SI test plans, troubleshoot prototypes and production hardware, and document validation results.

Lead technical engagements and act as OT security SME for sales and partners. Drive discovery, design POCs and demos, architect OT security solutions, enable partners, produce technical collateral, and represent Fortinet at industry events. Collaborate with account teams, product management, and marketing to grow OT-focused pipeline and influence product strategy.

Develop and maintain C/C++ software driving FortiGate UTM features (AV, web filter, DLP, anti-spam). Research protocols, improve product design, promote best practices, troubleshoot network/application-layer issues, and use development tools and source control in a Linux/UNIX environment.
