Provide escalation-level technical support for Fortinet Fortigate products: troubleshoot networking/security issues, collect and analyze system/configuration data, reproduce customer environments in lab, recommend corrective actions, manage escalations and customer communications, collaborate with QA/dev, and publish knowledge-base articles.

Perform pre- and post-layout signal integrity analysis and simulations for high-speed digital and RF circuits using Keysight ADS and Ansys HFSS. Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize PCB layouts, develop and execute SI test plans, troubleshoot prototypes and production hardware, and document validation results.

Provide web and phone technical support for FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager. Troubleshoot networking and security issues, reproduce customer environments, identify and report bugs, recommend corrective actions or workarounds, manage cases to closure, liaise with QA and development, and provide customer education and knowledge transfer to peers.

Perform firmware and system verification for product development and experimental projects. Design test plans, test cases, automated test scripts and firmware tools. Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers for failure analysis, troubleshooting, and verification/validation activities.

Develop internal systems for FortiGuard Labs including data processing pipelines and web interfaces to streamline operations. Work primarily with Python, web frameworks, Linux, and networking; interest in computer security is highly desired.

Execute regression and benchmark performance tests for FortiOS using manual and automated methods. Create and run test cases, write automation scripts, identify and track defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Provide technical troubleshooting, use networking and security test tools, and produce clear reproducible test reports.

Test and validate FortiOS releases using manual and automated regression testing, write and maintain automation scripts, document defects and work with developers to resolve them. Produce release notes, user guides and reference materials. Require strong networking, firewall and packet-analysis skills, virtualization (VMware/ESXi), Linux/Windows experience, and QA methodologies.
