Define camera language, staging, and movement; collaborate with directors, tech, and production to build workflows, templates, and training; manage and mentor the layout team while ensuring pipeline efficiency, budgets, and delivery timelines.

Design and paint characters, environments, and sets from story through delivery. Define visual style and mood, iterate with leadership, and develop hybrid traditional/GenAI workflows. Build templates/scripts, drive look development, and ensure high-quality, on-schedule artwork while collaborating across disciplines.

Create high-quality storyboards from script to final delivery for GenAI-native animated shorts and specials. Collaborate with creative leadership on staging, camera, pacing, and character acting; iterate quickly on feedback; develop and support hybrid traditional/GenAI workflows, templates, and scripts; drive visual experimentation and integration of generative imagery with 2D/3D renders while meeting sprint timelines.
