Lead social strategy and execution across Onni Capital and select portfolio companies: build and run channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X; turn long-form content into short-form; edit video; write human-sounding copy; manage community and creator partnerships; measure and report on inbound outcomes like deal flow, event attendance, and hiring.

Lead fund and portfolio accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax/compliance, and transaction accounting. Build in-house fund accounting and reporting systems, manage audits, valuations, cash forecasting, controls, and accounting for newly formed operating companies. Manage one accountant and automate reporting to scale the function without proportional headcount growth.

Manage month-end close across multiple entities: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, AP/AR, tax filings, fixed assets, and audit-ready working papers. Automate accounting tasks with modern AI and tooling, support new entity setups and investor reporting, and maintain accurate ledgers and intercompany balances.

Work with operators and internal teams to discover high-impact problems, rapidly build AI-assisted prototypes (using Claude Code), run pilots, measure adoption and business impact, and hand validated products to engineering for production. Own product outcomes from discovery through launch and early adoption, with strong emphasis on shipping, iteration, and commercial judgment.

Design, run, and scale a 12-week venture studio program: recruit cohorts, manage mentors, logistics, demo day, and track outcomes. Source and diligence direct venture investments, support term sheets and portfolio monitoring, and build pipeline between studio, Onni operating businesses, and portfolio roles. Represent Onni in the local ecosystem, document processes, and improve the programme each cycle.
