Lead talent management and leadership development strategy across the enterprise. Partner with HRBPs to design succession, assessment, and development programs, integrate talent processes into Workday, analyze talent data for senior leaders, and deliver leadership curricula, coaching, and career-path initiatives to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Supervise the Service Centre team to deliver high-quality client and partner support, manage escalations, coach staff, monitor metrics and quality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, optimize staffing and training, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead a small L&D team and design, develop, and deliver advisor-focused curriculum using modern adult learning methods and learning technologies.
