Leads BMO’s specialized wealth planning function for Private Wealth Canada, serving high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Provides strategic direction, advanced financial planning expertise, sales support, and leadership for tax, estate, trust, succession, philanthropy, investment, insurance, and lending planning. Builds enterprise capabilities, drives referrals and revenue growth, establishes performance metrics and quality controls, develops talent, manages risk, and partners across business lines to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.

Provides bilingual investment advice and sales support to BMO customers through a remote contact center. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, building customer relationships, onboarding accounts, processing mutual fund and term investment transactions, reviewing financial goals, recommending appropriate products, and completing activities according to approved procedures and regulations.

Provides bilingual technical support for BMO InvestorLine and Active Trader clients. Troubleshoots website, mobile application, login, account access, device, browser, and platform issues; manages cases from intake through resolution; coordinates escalations; identifies broader incidents; documents interactions and solutions; and communicates status updates clearly while delivering an empathetic client experience.

Provide bilingual (French/English) partner support for BMO InvestorLine: handle inquiries, account openings/transfers, documentation, issue resolution and escalation, compliance checks (AML, Privacy, FCAC), market knowledge integration, and occasional outbound engagement to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to BMO InvestorLine clients to obtain missing documentation, clarify requirements, and resolve inquiries. Review submissions, document interactions, escalate complex issues, monitor for suspicious activity per AML rules, and adhere to regulatory and privacy standards while working remotely during specified hours.

Provide bilingual (English + Mandarin/Cantonese) wealth and investment sales and service to customers, advise on investment strategies/products, meet sales targets, handle transactions and escalations, maintain regulatory compliance (AML, privacy), complete required documentation and required regulatory exams, and refer or escalate complex matters as needed.

Leads the end-to-end InvestorLine client journey, growth strategy, modernization roadmap, and digital and AI enablement. Orchestrates Product, UX, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams around measurable client, financial, and operational outcomes. Oversees portfolio governance, business cases, benefit realization, process simplification, organizational readiness, service capabilities, and executive reporting. Develops large teams, strengthens leadership succession, manages risk, and drives acquisition, engagement, retention, digital adoption, and asset growth.

Leads InvestorLine operations, service performance, risk and regulatory governance, complex client resolution, workforce readiness, operational planning and modernization adoption. The role drives service resilience, process improvement, controls, analytics, frontline enablement and sustainable benefits while partnering across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Product and Operations. It also provides executive-level people leadership, financial management, forecasting, performance reporting and operational readiness for launches, market events, volume surges and disruptions.

Provides investment-related sales and service to BMO InvestorLine customers in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Advises customers on investment products and strategies, achieves sales targets, handles transactions and escalations, and identifies referral opportunities. Maintains knowledge of investment markets, regulatory requirements, AML obligations, and bank policies while documenting customer interactions and protecting confidential information.
