Lead design and development of women's trail running apparel, translating athlete insights into innovative, performance-driven garments. Drive concepts from ideation to commercialization, collaborate cross-functionally on materials, fit, and construction, mentor designers, and advance seasonal product assortments and material innovation.

Support the Fit & Pattern team to maintain fit, quality, and performance across apparel products. Manage block and sample libraries, collaborate with design, development, sewing, merchandising and marketing, support CLO3D and fit documentation, and assist fit specialists through development to approval.
