Support and optimize the outbound business development engine through prospect sourcing, lead enrichment, segmentation, campaign automation, Salesforce lead management, data analysis, and sales process improvement. Build Clay workflows, maintain data quality, monitor campaign performance, improve GTM tooling, and collaborate with BDRs, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and leadership to increase efficiency and outreach effectiveness.
