Manage fabric sourcing, tech packs, prototyping, wear testing, pattern development, and supplier relationships. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, marketing, and athletes to deliver high-performance, sustainable cycling apparel and meet cost and timeline targets.

Develop and manage promotional strategy for the E-MTB product line, including messaging, positioning, ambassador recruitment, social media, content creation, cross-functional go-to-market coordination, budget management, and partnership promotions to increase global brand value and perception.
