Troubleshoot, resolve, escalate, and document operational issues; provide second-level technical support; investigate real-time trade issues; participate in post-incident reviews; and help develop process-monitoring tools. The role requires strong analytical, communication, networking, Linux, and problem-solving skills, with Sunday–Thursday hybrid work and weekend availability.

Resolves routine and complex client service issues involving trades, margins, cash and derivative products, exchanges, order types, execution, fees, and trading platform features. Analyzes and tests systems and procedures, recommends enhancements, and collaborates with Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance teams globally. Provides precise, courteous support in a fast-paced financial markets environment.
