Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to three or more senior leaders, including a C-suite executive. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications, events, confidential information, and stakeholder coordination. Anticipate priorities, resolve scheduling and administrative issues, prepare meeting materials, support leadership forums, improve workflows, and collaborate with the broader administrative team in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Manages relationships with retail partners, handles day-to-day communications, supports Account Executives and Directors, leads defined meetings, prepares performance reviews, oversees analytics and reporting, manages distribution budgets, and coordinates cross-functional retailer projects from kickoff through completion. The role translates performance data into actionable insights, communicates Flipp’s value, and supports partner strategy, retention, and growth.

Lead consultative sales and adoption of Flipp’s Print-to-Digital solution across North American retailers. Manage the full sales cycle, including solutioning, presentations, demos, account strategy, and deal closure. Translate complex analytical outputs into compelling client narratives, define onboarding and measurement frameworks, and demonstrate campaign ROI. Collaborate with marketing science, product, technology, analytics, finance, and operations teams while influencing retail transformation strategy and meeting annual revenue quotas.

Prospect for new retail and business partners, book meetings, qualify inbound leads, pitch prospects, manage the early sales pipeline, and eventually run sales cycles for smaller accounts. The role also involves CRM data accuracy, pre-call research, internal meeting preparation, market analysis, and improving prospecting strategies. It offers a growth path toward a Business Development Lead role in a remote-first environment.

Own and grow strategic partnerships with retailers, CPGs, and agencies across North America. Develop and execute revenue and technology business plans, lead cross-functional retailer projects, provide consultative selling, build business cases, use data and financial metrics to generate insights, and drive strategic alignment, partnership expansion, and measurable results.

Execute, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns across Flipp’s Private Shopper Network and external platforms. Handle campaign setup, pacing, budget tracking, reporting, troubleshooting attribution/tracking issues, and collaborate with sales, content, analytics, and vendors to drive performance and process improvements.

Senior individual contributor who architects, prototypes, and ships production-grade AI solutions for Finance. Focus areas include agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, ML forecasting and anomaly detection, RAG and vector-store solutions, responsible AI and governance, and embedding AI into FP&A processes. Partners with engineering, IT, security, and finance teams to productionize systems and establish standards, monitoring, and controls.

Design and deliver end-to-end marketing measurement and testing: data extraction, modeling, analysis, and visualization. Prioritize and route requests, translate business needs into technical requirements, mentor junior analysts, improve measurement standards, and drive actionable insights for retail and brand partners.

Lead global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and finance transformation. Partner with CEO/CFO and executives to shape strategy, capital allocation, and Board reporting. Build KPIs, dashboards, scenario models, and a high-performing global FP&A team while modernizing planning through automation and AI-enabled analytics.
