Leads technical validation and market acceleration for emerging 1Password products. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and strategic customers to shape product direction, translate innovations into repeatable customer-facing motions, create technical enablement and implementation guidance, support private previews and beta programs, engage executives and industry audiences, and mentor Solutions Engineers.

Lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager. Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, customer discovery, technical architecture decisions, integrations, data ingestion, reliability, administration experiences, and responsible AI capabilities. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, Analytics, and go-to-market teams to define milestones, measure outcomes, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate launches, and iterate based on customer feedback.

Own customer technical relationships from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal. Lead implementations, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and security reviews while advising on identity, access management, device trust, and SaaS security. Partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to manage risks, represent customer needs, create scalable resources, mentor peers, and improve lifecycle processes.

Lead development of 1Password's open source developer tooling and IDE integrations (Agent Hooks and plugins). Own architecture and delivery of medium-to-large projects, engage public open source communities, drive cross-functional alignment, raise quality/testing/documentation standards, and support customers while promoting secure, scalable integrations.
