Leads 1Password’s analytics engineering function, owning data architecture, roadmap, modeling, semantic layers, BI tooling, pipelines, governance, testing, documentation, and data quality. Manages and develops analytics engineers, establishes technical standards, reviews complex dbt and SQL work, optimizes warehouse performance, and partners with senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Data Engineering. Build production privacy tooling and automation that protect personal data across cloud products. Develop AI/LLM-assisted workflows for privacy reviews, data subject rights, telemetry classification, retention/deletion, and integrate privacy controls into CI/CD, APIs, data platforms and engineering workflows. Ship production code, tests, monitoring, and collaborate with Security, Product, Data, and Legal.

Lead development of 1Password's open source developer tooling and IDE integrations (Agent Hooks and plugins). Own architecture and delivery of medium-to-large projects, engage public open source communities, drive cross-functional alignment, raise quality/testing/documentation standards, and support customers while promoting secure, scalable integrations.

Lead design and implementation of admin-focused workflows and scalable notification systems. Build public APIs and distributed backend services, collaborate with product/design/data, balance rapid iteration with long-term architecture and security, influence technical direction, perform and mentor through code reviews, and measure customer outcomes to drive adoption and quality.
