Lead Workday reporting implementations and post-production support. Design, build, and troubleshoot complex HCM reports and Workday security; guide clients through design, testing, and production. Contribute to practice growth, support sales activities, and maintain client relationships.

Lead design, configuration, testing, and production support for Workday Benefits and at least one additional HCM module. Manage multiple client engagements, advise on best practices and enhancements, support annual events (Open Enrollment, ACA, Merit), assist sales as SME, and contribute to growth of ERPA's Workday practice.
