Lead Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Facilitate bilingual (French/English) workshops, document requirements and designs, configure SCM/WMS/MFG functionality, support testing and go-live, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior consultants while using Azure DevOps, LCS, Power Platform, and related Microsoft tools.
