Provides senior technical leadership for application security incident response, customer escalations, threat mitigation, and complex web attacks. Analyzes traffic, logs, alerts, and attack payloads; designs security policies; mitigates DDoS, bot, zero-day, and web application attacks; performs forensic analysis; mentors engineers; collaborates with customers and product teams; documents findings; and develops automation to improve response efficiency.

Provides Level 2 and 3 technical support for Imperva customers, resolving security and networking issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering, analyzing support trends, and advising on deployments. Mentors Level 1 engineers, develops knowledge-base content, stays current on product technologies, and collaborates with Product, QA, Sales Engineering, partners, and customers. The role requires coverage of a Sunday-to-Thursday shift.
