Owns security posture, incident readiness, SOC 2, NIST, BSIMM, privacy, vendor reviews, data protection agreements, AI governance, access controls, employee technology, corporate system reliability, budgets, and audit readiness. Partners with engineering, product, sales, people teams, customers, and executive leadership to protect sensitive data and scale secure operations.

Own Klue’s platform engineering, infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security controls, compliance automation, and cloud cost optimization. Build reusable Pulumi components, operate GKE, improve developer self-service, reduce operational toil, strengthen software supply-chain security, and support SOC 2 readiness. The role requires hands-on production systems experience, on-call participation, strong cloud and Kubernetes expertise, and ownership of scalable internal platforms.

The Director of Demand Generation owns end-to-end B2B SaaS demand generation, including email, paid, webinar, event, community, and partnership campaigns.
