The Senior Online Services Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable online services for a AAA sports title, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance multiplayer experiences.

Lead creation of high-quality, believable character assets: sculpting, texturing, and hair grooming. Work in Unreal Engine 5, assemble optimized assets, collaborate with animators and technical artists, and use industry tools (XGen, Ornatrix, Maya, ZBrush, Substance) while balancing visual quality and performance.

Develop and own animation-driven gameplay mechanics—complex locomotion, physical duels, and foot-to-object interactions. Collaborate with animators, designers, and production to implement, optimize, debug, and iterate robust, performant animation systems and content-creation tooling to produce authentic, responsive character animation.

Responsible for building multiplayer experiences in Unreal Engine 5, solving networking challenges, and mentoring team members.

Define and lead the gameplay vision with the Creative Director; refine systems (3Cs, combat, AI, weapons, progression); communicate direction and feedback; work hands-on in-engine; set scope and priorities; guide and support multidisciplinary teams.
