Designs, develops, and optimizes networking capabilities for embedded Android and Linux firmware powering Poly Video hardware. Responsibilities include software and system design, network troubleshooting, protocol specification, hardware-firmware integration, root-cause analysis, documentation, technology integration, and mentoring engineers. The role requires strong C/C++, Python, embedded systems, networking protocols, wireless technologies, network security, enterprise equipment, and testing-tool expertise.

Leads the Product Owner organization and transforms it into a high-performing, product-centric capability. Establishes role standards, competency frameworks, career pathways, operating practices, and performance measures. Advances SAFe and agile product delivery, strengthens product strategy-to-outcome alignment, drives organizational change, and enables responsible AI use in product workflows. Partners with Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders while measuring capability maturity, adoption, product flow, and business impact.
