Own partner operations programs, including operating models, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, fee reconciliation, launch readiness, incident management, governance, and performance reviews. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and external partners to improve controls, automate workflows, resolve issues, and deliver scalable operational solutions. Prepare executive updates covering performance, risks, financial impacts, and recommended actions.

Own and scale Brex’s paid social growth engine, primarily through Meta and emerging channels. Manage budgets, CAC efficiency, conversion, pipeline, and revenue across full-funnel programs. Develop measurement and signal strategies using CAPI, offline conversions, and attribution. Lead experimentation across audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages, and optimization events. Partner with Brand, Design, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Engineering, Events, and Sales to translate performance insights into scalable customer acquisition.

Lead the design, development, and operation of backend IAM systems, including authentication, authorization, audit trails, delegated access, and enterprise identity flows. Drive complex cross-functional initiatives, improve security and reliability, establish secure integration patterns, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong backend engineering, API design, IAM expertise, operational excellence, and technical leadership.

Own the full-cycle sales process for small and mid-sized businesses, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, value-based selling, and deal closure. Build and manage a reliable pipeline, communicate ROI, solve customer problems, and collaborate with Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting teams. The role requires consistent quota attainment and strong self-prospecting skills.

Lead Brex’s performance marketing strategy, paid media investments, and growing performance marketing team. Own a multimillion-dollar media budget, scale paid search and social programs, expand upper-funnel channels, develop full-funnel measurement, optimize acquisition economics, and connect brand investment to pipeline and revenue. Partner with Marketing Operations, Data, Finance, Brand, and Creative teams on forecasting, attribution, experimentation, campaign performance, and AI-enabled workflows.

Own fraud strategy across credit, deposit, and card payment products. Analyze large-scale data using SQL and Python, develop detection rules and automations, optimize investigation workflows, monitor fraud KPIs, build executive dashboards, and conduct incident post-mortems. Partner with Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate fraud prevention into product operations and improve risk controls while minimizing customer friction.
