Drive sales growth through assigned foodservice distributors and personal prospecting. Build distributor and customer relationships, develop new accounts, manage product listings and incentive programs, and resolve issues among distributors, customers, and Ecolab field sales teams. Educate sales associates on distribution strategies, work independently across the Vancouver-area territory, and travel approximately 5% overnight plus occasional travel to the United States for training or meetings.
