Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Rigging team, assist riggers and animation with QC, test and validate workflow tools and farm integration, create pipeline documentation, and promote repeatable, secure rigging workflows while escalating unresolved issues.

Troubleshoot Avid, Pro Tools, Autodesk RV, Q-SYS, playback systems, Xenon projectors, A/V signal flow and KVM paths. Operate and support screenings, reviews, and events, ensure correct colour pipelines (SDR/HDR, Rec.709/P3), perform room health checks, document issues in Jira/Confluence, and escalate complex problems. Requires occasional evenings/weekends and collaboration with Production, Facilities, and vendors.

Support editorial team for experimental GenAI-native animation production: ingest/transcode media, manage approvals and QC, maintain edit tools, organize traditional and AI-generated assets, enforce data/security protocols, and help refine evolving workflows.

Design, develop, test and operate large-scale distributed production systems supporting animation workflows. Collaborate with engineers, artists and partners to gather requirements, build features, automate, monitor, troubleshoot, and release backend and frontend services for asset management, scheduling and data synchronization.

Lead the character effects team for an animated feature, defining simulation approaches for hair, fur, cloth and more. Oversee asset and shot delivery, mentor CFX leads/artists, collaborate across departments, develop tools/workflows, solve technical challenges, and ensure artistic quality and production stability.

Manage day-to-day production for a feature animated film: maintain schedules and budgets, track progress and risks, coordinate cross-department reviews, supervise coordinators, ensure timesheet accuracy, produce reports, and support artists to meet milestones while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Compose and develop final look for animated feature shots by combining render layers, working with Lighting and Production Design, and implementing scalable look setups. Design tools and pipelines, troubleshoot technical challenges, mentor junior compositors, and maintain colour accuracy across workflows while meeting deadlines and production targets.

Support pre-production craft groups by troubleshooting pipeline issues, developing and maintaining artist tools, writing high-quality code, driving QA/testing, resolving complex technical problems, and mentoring mid-level TDs. Contribute to scheduling, estimates, and cross-department pipeline integration while ensuring tools support creative workflows.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution for Netflix Ads, partnering with Sales and clients on media plans, RFPs, campaign launches, optimization, reporting, and billing. Coordinate with Ad Ops, creative teams, and verification vendors to ensure delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong client relationships.

Develop and maintain AV automation tools and distributed test platforms to measure device audio/video quality. Build front-end and backend services, operationalize AV metric pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to validate device capabilities and roll out AV-related applications.
