Manage inside sales and customer success for service products across the Canada territory. Sell warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, qualifications, and renewals; acquire and consult with customers; negotiate contracts; track opportunities; prepare sales forecasts; and maintain customer relationships. Use SAP, Cloud for Service, and Salesforce to create quotes and record sales activity. Travel to customer locations up to 25%, including overnight travel.

Manage territory sales to support revenue growth by building strategic customer relationships, promoting scientific products and services, identifying new opportunities, executing sales strategies, and providing account support.
