Designs, tests, debugs, and sustains complex multilayer PCB hardware for data center and carrier service provider products. Provides fourth-level engineering support for field and manufacturing issues, resolves quality problems, manages component end-of-life substitutions, supports product lifecycle enhancements and cost reductions, and verifies hardware under thermal and environmental conditions. Uses factory and field metrics to identify and resolve hardware quality issues.

Manages complex customer projects and programs from initiation through delivery, care, and closure. Responsibilities include planning, change and risk management, contract and financial oversight, quality control, stakeholder communication, customer relationship management, team leadership, operational handoffs, KPI reporting, and identifying opportunities for contract expansion and renewal.

Test and evaluate hardware systems, verify PCB designs and components under thermal and environmental conditions, collaborate with factory teams to ensure product quality, and resolve factory or customer issues. The role supports advanced network processor products and routing systems.

Manage technical data for IP Routing hardware NPI programs: support NPI from data entry through factory implementation, maintain product data and Engineering Change Orders across the product lifecycle, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure accurate PLM/PDM records and implementation.

Design complex multilayer PCBs for data center and carrier products, manage designs from concept to production, verify prototypes under thermal/environmental conditions, collaborate with factories, and resolve customer issues.

Lead end-to-end solution definition and lifecycle support for Fiber/PON-based enterprise and data center portfolios. Work with customers, partners, PLM, and R&D to translate market requirements into product requirements, drive roadmaps, prioritize features, and improve management/controller solutions.
