Drive technical storytelling, field readiness, go-to-market planning, and AI-assisted experiences for real-time data and streaming applications.

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data integration across Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Lead customer research, prioritize features, partner with engineering/design/marketing, drive AI-first innovations, monitor KPIs, and enable product launches and adoption.

Lead advanced technical support and escalation for top Microsoft Fabric customers. Diagnose and resolve complex Fabric and Power BI issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize fixes, drive automation and operational excellence, and create guidance and educational content to improve platform reliability and customer outcomes.

Build and prototype polished, high-fidelity customer-facing web components and UX platforms; iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback; use data to drive improvements; create wireframes and experiments; integrate with backend services via REST/GraphQL and ensure designs scale.
