Represents Lincoln across 25–30 dealerships in Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. Develops dealership business plans, achieves sales and market-share targets, supports inventory and wholesale allocation, coordinates advertising participation, delivers product and luxury-experience training, and implements Lincoln operating standards. Builds strong dealer relationships, influences management teams, tracks customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, and improves sales and service performance. Overnight travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
