Support administration and day-to-day operations of business applications for the D365 practice, primarily ServiceNow. Configure forms, workflows, access controls, automations; troubleshoot issues; support data imports/exports, reporting, integrations, UAT, releases, documentation, training, and user adoption. Collaborate with Corporate IT, DASH, and cross-functional teams to implement minor enhancements and process improvements.

Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions and environments. Manage deployments, updates, integrations, and client consulting (functional and technical). Gather requirements, configure systems, produce reports, and support multiple clients while adopting new technologies and ensuring operational best practices. May require occasional night/weekend work.
