Own and optimize StackAdapt’s People Technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, performance systems, integrations, automation, and AI workflows. Develop the People Tech roadmap, centralize systems, maintain API-driven data flows, evaluate new technologies, and partner with People & Culture, IT, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on scalable processes, data integrity, employee experience, and strategic technology enablement.

Own company-wide talent programs including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and job architecture. Develop psychometrically rigorous measurement frameworks for performance, manager effectiveness, and engagement. Build dashboards, lightweight apps, and AI agents using low-code tools to make people data accessible. Partner with People Business Partners, People Analytics, Total Rewards, and senior leaders to translate findings into recommendations. Automate workflows, oversee AI outputs, and ensure data quality, reliability, ethics, and reduced manual effort.

Leads product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, AI adoption, product launches, market expansion, and customer-driven roadmap input. Builds and manages a high-performing product marketing team, partners with executive, product, revenue, and marketing stakeholders, and drives product adoption, retention, category growth, and revenue across programmatic advertising and martech markets.

Provides employment law advice across Canada and selected international markets; manages complaints, demand letters, disputes, investigations, accommodations, leaves, terminations, agreements, policies, and compliance projects.
